Supersized Scrambled Eggs and Toast

Scrambled eggs on toast are the perfect choice for you if you are looking for a breakfast dish that is not only high in protein but also can be prepared in less than ten minutes.

You may choose your preferred bread, such as whole-wheat sourdough or an English muffin made with whole wheat, and then add chives or red chili flakes to your eggs to give them an additional layer of flavor. The feeling of being full and content will last till midday.

Ingredients

  • One egg only.
  • two egg whites
  • ¼ cup low-fat cottage cheese.
  • One cup vegetables—such as bell peppers, mushrooms, or onions—optional.
  • One tsp coconut oil, ghee, olive oil, or butter.
  • One whole-wheat English muffin or one- to two slices of sourdough.
  • One tsp of chives.
  • ¼ tsp red chilli flakes

Directions

  1. Egg, egg whites, cottage cheese, and any vegetables that you choose to include should be mixed together in a mixing dish.
  2. In a pan, heat the butter, ghee, or oil until it is hot.
  3. After adding the egg mixture, whisk it frequently with a spatula for a period of two to five minutes.
  4. Give your bread a toast.
  5. After the eggs have been cooked, sprinkle them with chives and red pepper flakes.
  6. Serve with extra vegetables, such as tomatoes that have been sliced, and enjoy.
